<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Sau cùng các bạn sinh viên được thư giãn và thiền nằm cũng âm thanh do cô Maisie cùng các giảng viên hòa âm vởi 14 chuông Crystal, 14 chuông Tibetan và nhiều dụng cụ khách giúp các bạn thả lỏng tâm trí, phục hồi cơ thể, và sạc lại năng lượng cho con đường phát triển sắp tới.</mark></p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Các học viên cũng đã thực hành nhuần nhuyễn các kỹ năng để tạo nên buổi Workshop Thiền chuông xoay cho cộng đồng với hơn 10 khách hàng dưới sự quan sát và hỗ trợ của các giảng viên. Sau buổi Workshop tập thể học viên đã nhận được nhiều sự trân trọng và yêu thương của các khách hàng về hiệu quả mà buổi workshop mang lại cho họ.</mark></p>

<p>Chuỗi sự kiện từ ngày 26/09/2023 đến ngày 6/10/2023, Hệ thống Diamond Fitness and Yoga tại TP.HCM đã tổ chức một sự kiện đặc biệt, một buổi thiền chuông xoay (chuông Crystal) dưới sự dẫn dắt của cô Maisie Huynh. Không giống như những buổi thiền thông thường, sự kiện này mang đến một trải nghiệm độc đáo, hòa quyện giữa không gian sang trọng của phòng tập và năng lượng chữa lành từ âm thanh chuông xoay Crystal.</p>

<p><strong>Cô Maisie Huynh: Người nghệ sĩ của âm thanh chữa lành</strong></p>



<p>Cô Maisie Huynh, với sự uyển chuyển và tinh tế, đã biến những chiếc chuông Crystal thành những nhạc cụ chữa lành. <p><strong>Không gian thiền định độc đáo</strong>: Phú Quốc Gym, vốn là một địa điểm quen thuộc với các hoạt động thể chất, đã được biến hóa thành một không gian yên tĩnh và thanh tịnh, phù hợp cho buổi thiền chuông xoay. Ánh sáng dịu nhẹ, không gian thoáng đãng và tiếng sóng biển rì rào từ xa tạo nên một bầu không khí thư thái, giúp người tham gia dễ dàng hòa mình vào trạng thái thiền định. </p>



<p><strong>Âm thanh chữa lành từ chuông Crystal</strong>: Cô Maisie Huynh đã sử dụng những chiếc chuông Crystal chất lượng cao, tạo ra âm thanh trong trẻo và vang vọng. Những âm thanh này không chỉ giúp thư giãn mà còn được cho là có khả năng tác động tích cực đến các luân xa và năng lượng trong cơ thể. </p>

<p><strong>Trải nghiệm thiền định sâu sắc</strong>: Dưới sự hướng dẫn của cô Maisie Huynh, người tham gia đã được trải nghiệm một buổi thiền định sâu sắc, giúp giải tỏa căng thẳng, lo âu và tìm lại sự cân bằng trong cuộc sống. Âm thanh từ chuông Crystal kết hợp với giọng nói nhẹ nhàng của cô Maisie Huynh đã tạo nên một không gian thiền định đầy cảm xúc và chữa lành. </p>

<p><strong>Sự kiện mang ý nghĩa lớn</strong>: Sự kiện Thiền chuông xoay tại Phú Quốc Gym không chỉ là một buổi thiền thông thường mà còn là một sự kiện mang ý nghĩa lớn.
