<p>Sáng ngày 8/5 vừa qua, Đại học Kinh tế TP. HCM (UEH) đã tổ chức buổi hội thảo với <strong>chủ đề “Chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần mùa thi với thiền”</strong> thu hút gần 100 sinh viên tham gia tại sảnh N1 cơ sở UEH Bình Chánh. Chương trình nhằm trang bị cho người học những kiến thức nền tảng về Thiền, hướng đến việc chăm sóc sức khỏe toàn diện cả thể chất lẫn tinh thần trong bối cảnh học tập, thi cử nhiều áp lực. </p>



<p><strong>15 phút đầu giờ</strong>&nbsp;chuyên gia giới thiệu cho sinh viên các lợi ích của Thiền như: Thiền giúp làm dịu hệ thần kinh, giảm hormone cortisol – loại hormone căng thẳng, khi thiền hàng ngày vùng não liên quan đến sự chú ý và trí nhớ được kích hoạt, giúp ghi nhớ bài học tốt hơn, giúp giảm đau đầu, nhức mỏi do ngồi lâu học bài. Đặc biệt Thiền chuông tạo rung động âm thanh tác động đến não bộ, giúp thư giãn sâu và neo tâm trí về hiện tại giúp trung trong lúc ngồi học bài.</p>

<p><strong>60 phút cuối</strong>&nbsp;cùng thực hành thiền nằm với gió tự nhiên mát mẻ tại sảnh N1 và tiếng chuông xoay kết hợp âm thanh rung động nhẹ ngàng giúp sinh viên thư giãn sâu, loại bỏ dần tạp âm, giúp cân bằng thân – tâm.</p>



<p>Nhiều sinh viên đến với thiền do UEH tổ chức lần này là lần thứ 2 và mong tham gia nhiều lần nữa. Có sinh viên chia sẻ rằng họ cảm thấy tâm trí được làm mới, bớt căng thẳng và nhẹ nhõm hơn ngay sau buổi thực hành Thiền hôm nay.</p>



<p>Một trong những điểm nhấn của hội thảo là việc giúp sinh viên nhận ra lợi ích thiết thực của thiền trong học tập: tăng khả năng tĩnh tâm, cải thiện sự tập trung và ghi nhớ bài lâu hơn. Trong thời đại quá tải thông tin với quá nhiều tiếng ồn kẹt xe và&nbsp;cuộc sống đông đúc hàng ngày ở thành phố lớn như TP.HCM, thiền trở thành một “công cụ nội tâm” giúp người học quay về với sự tỉnh thức, giữ tâm trí an định giữa nhiều xao động.</p>



<p>Thiền chuông còn giúp loại bỏ tạp âm trong tâm trí, những lo lắng, áp lực vô hình từ đó cân bằng giữa học tập và cuộc sống.</p>



<p>Cuối chương trình, diễn giả khuyến khích sinh viên nên tự thực hành thiền như một thói quen lành mạnh hàng ngày. Thiền không đòi hỏi không gian cầu kỳ hay thời gian quá dài chỉ cần một tâm trí sẵn sàng và 10 phút lắng đọng mỗi ngày. Việc duy trì thói quen thiền sẽ giúp xây dựng lối sống tỉnh thức, sâu sắc và hạnh phúc hơn.</p>

<p>Hội thảo khép lại nhưng mở ra nhiều cánh cửa mới trong nhận thức của sinh viên về việc chăm sóc thân – tâm – trí. Thiền không chỉ là phương pháp thư giãn mà còn là hành trình khám phá chính mình trong sự tĩnh lặng.</p>

<p><strong>Hành Trình Bình Yên Cùng Âm Thanh Chuông Xoay:</strong></p>



<p>Dưới sự dẫn dắt tận tâm của cô Maisie Huynh, các học viên đã được trải nghiệm phương pháp thiền định độc đáo bằng âm thanh và rung động từ chuông xoay. Những âm thanh du dương đã đưa tâm trí vào trạng thái thư giãn sâu sắc, giúp giải tỏa căng thẳng, lo âu và cân bằng năng lượng.</p>

<p><strong>Đánh Thức Năng Lượng Nữ Tính:</strong></p>



<p>Workshop không chỉ là một buổi thiền định thông thường, mà còn là hành trình khám phá và đánh thức năng lượng nữ tính tiềm ẩn. Cô Maisie Huynh đã chia sẻ những kiến thức và bài tập giúp học viên kết nối lại với bản chất dịu dàng, uyển chuyển và đầy yêu thương của mình.</p>

<p>Với tiếng chuông xoay ngân vang mềm mại dong đưa những sóng nước bên trong cơ thể của các bạn nữ giúp đưa máu về nuỗi dưỡng tăng cường chức năng nội tiết tố tại luân xa 1 và 2. Sau đó đến luân xa 4 mở rộng trái tim nuôi dưỡng tình cảm và khả năng điều tiết cảm xúc.</p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Trong sự kiện này, các em sinh viên được chia sẻ kiến thức để hiểu được giá trị của bản thân trong các mối quan hệ, trong gia đình và trong xã hội từ đó biết yêu thương bản thân nhiều hơn. Không chỉ vậy các em còn được học cách đương đầu với stress và vượt qua nó để có cuộc sống tốt đẹp và học tập hiệu quả.</mark></p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Sau khi tìm hiểu kiến thức về stress, các bạn sinh viên được Cô Maisie cùng các giảng viên YATA YOGA hướng dẫn bài tập yoga chánh niệm với các tư thế đơn giản giúp kéo căng giảm đau nhức toàn bộ cơ thể hỗ trợ cho các bạn sinh viên học tập tốt hơn.</mark></p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Sau cùng các bạn sinh viên được thư giãn và thiền nằm cũng âm thanh do cô Maisie cùng các giảng viên hòa âm vởi 14 chuông Crystal, 14 chuông Tibetan và nhiều dụng cụ khách giúp các bạn thả lỏng tâm trí, phục hồi cơ thể, và sạc lại năng lượng cho con đường phát triển sắp tới.</mark></p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Chiều ngày 25/08/2024, Lễ tốt nghiệp Khoá đào tạo Huấn luyện viên Yoga 200H của <strong>Liên Đoàn Yoga tỉnh Bình Thuận</strong> và Lễ bế giảng chương trình Nâng cấp Huấn luyện viên Yoga Quốc Tế Yoga Alliance Us cùng <strong>YATA YOGA</strong> đã diễn ra thành công tốt đẹp. </mark></p>



<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Đây là buổi lễ kết thúc chặn đường &#8220;đưa đò&#8221; của tập thể giảng viên <strong>YATA YOGA</strong> đã đồng hành cùng Liên Đoàn Yoga tỉnh Bình Thuận giúp cho các học viên tiếp thu nhiều kiến thức bổ ích. Đồng thời cũng đánh dấu sự chuyển mình của các học viên để trở thành các tân Huấn luyện viên Yoga tài giỏi của tỉnh nhà.</mark> </p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Cô Huỳnh Ngọc Xuân Mai (Maisie Huynh)- Nhà sáng lập và Giám đốc điều hành Công ty Yoga And Trainer Academy (YATA YOGA), cho biết  Chương trình Nâng cấp chứng chỉ Quốc tế thuộc Liên đoàn</mark> <a href="https://www.yogaalliance.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Yoga Alliance US</a><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color"> cho các tân Huấn luyện viên Yoga tốt nghiệp từ các khóa Đào tạo thuộc Liên đoàn yoga các cấp mang ý nghĩa sâu sắc nhằm giúp nâng cao giá trị bản thân các tân Huấn luyện viên, giúp cộng đồng Yoga nước nhà có thể ngày càng hội nhập cùng quốc tế.</mark></p>



<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Bà Huỳnh Thị Duy Ninh &#8211; Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Yoga, cho biết khóa đào tạo sẽ giúp cho các <mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Huấn luyện viên</mark> có thêm kỹ năng sư phạm đáp ứng được công tác hướng dẫn, giảng dạy cho người tập luyện phát triển phong trào tập luyện Yoga ngày một lan tỏa đến với cộng đồng. Đây là khóa học đào tạo Hướng dẫn viên &#8211; Huấn luyện viên Yoga lần thứ 2 của tỉnh, với tinh thần nghiêm túc, học hỏi và tiếp thu cao các nội dung kiến thức mới ngoài chương trình 200H của Liên đoàn Yoga Bình Thuận, các Yogi còn được tìm hiểu thêm các kỹ năng đứng lớp, nghệ thuật chỉnh sửa theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế…</mark></p>



<p>YATA YOGA sẽ tiếp tục đồng hành cùng Liên đoàn yoga các cấp để phát triển cộng đồng yogi và các Huấn luyện viên yoga vững mạnh và tài giỏi.</p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Các học viên cũng đã thực hành nhuần nhuyễn các kỹ năng để tạo nên buổi Workshop Thiền chuông xoay cho cộng đồng với hơn 10 khách hàng dưới sự quan sát và hỗ trợ của các giảng viên. Sau buổi Workshop tập thể học viên đã nhận được nhiều sự trân trọng và yêu thương của các khách hàng về hiệu quả mà buổi workshop mang lại cho họ.</mark></p>
