<p><strong>Hành Trình Bình Yên Cùng Âm Thanh Chuông Xoay:</strong></p>



<p>Dưới sự dẫn dắt tận tâm của cô Maisie Huynh, các học viên đã được trải nghiệm phương pháp thiền định độc đáo bằng âm thanh và rung động từ chuông xoay. Những âm thanh du dương đã đưa tâm trí vào trạng thái thư giãn sâu sắc, giúp giải tỏa căng thẳng, lo âu và cân bằng năng lượng.</p>

<p><strong>Đánh Thức Năng Lượng Nữ Tính:</strong></p>



<p>Workshop không chỉ là một buổi thiền định thông thường, mà còn là hành trình khám phá và đánh thức năng lượng nữ tính tiềm ẩn. Cô Maisie Huynh đã chia sẻ những kiến thức và bài tập giúp học viên kết nối lại với bản chất dịu dàng, uyển chuyển và đầy yêu thương của mình.</p>

<p>Với tiếng chuông xoay ngân vang mềm mại dong đưa những sóng nước bên trong cơ thể của các bạn nữ giúp đưa máu về nuỗi dưỡng tăng cường chức năng nội tiết tố tại luân xa 1 và 2. Sau đó đến luân xa 4 mở rộng trái tim nuôi dưỡng tình cảm và khả năng điều tiết cảm xúc.</p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Trong sự kiện này, các em sinh viên được chia sẻ kiến thức để hiểu được giá trị của bản thân trong các mối quan hệ, trong gia đình và trong xã hội từ đó biết yêu thương bản thân nhiều hơn. Không chỉ vậy các em còn được học cách đương đầu với stress và vượt qua nó để có cuộc sống tốt đẹp và học tập hiệu quả.</mark></p>

<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-black-color">Sau cùng các bạn sinh viên được thư giãn và thiền nằm cũng âm thanh do cô Maisie cùng các giảng viên hòa âm vởi 14 chuông Crystal, 14 chuông Tibetan và nhiều dụng cụ khách giúp các bạn thả lỏng tâm trí, phục hồi cơ thể, và sạc lại năng lượng cho con đường phát triển sắp tới.</mark></p>

<p>Chuỗi sự kiện từ ngày 26/09/2023 đến ngày 6/10/2023, Hệ thống Diamond Fitness and Yoga tại TP.HCM đã tổ chức một sự kiện đặc biệt, một buổi thiền chuông xoay (chuông Crystal) dưới sự dẫn dắt của cô Maisie Huynh. <p><strong>Không gian thiền định độc đáo</strong>: Phú Quốc Gym, vốn là một địa điểm quen thuộc với các hoạt động thể chất, đã được biến hóa thành một không gian yên tĩnh và thanh tịnh, phù hợp cho buổi thiền chuông xoay. Ánh sáng dịu nhẹ, không gian thoáng đãng và tiếng sóng biển rì rào từ xa tạo nên một bầu không khí thư thái, giúp người tham gia dễ dàng hòa mình vào trạng thái thiền định. </p>



<p><strong>Âm thanh chữa lành từ chuông Crystal</strong>: Cô Maisie Huynh đã sử dụng những chiếc chuông Crystal chất lượng cao, tạo ra âm thanh trong trẻo và vang vọng. Những âm thanh này không chỉ giúp thư giãn mà còn được cho là có khả năng tác động tích cực đến các luân xa và năng lượng trong cơ thể. </p>

<p>Đêm 16 tháng 11 năm 2022, Alex Fitness Bình Chánh không còn là một phòng tập thể hình quen thuộc. Thay vào đó, nơi đây khoác lên mình một bầu không khí tĩnh lặng, ấm áp, chào đón những tâm hồn tìm kiếm sự bình yên trong buổi thiền chuông xoay (chuông Crystal) do cô Maisie Huynh dẫn dắt.</p>

<p><strong>Alex Fitness: Không gian chuyển hóa</strong></p>



<p>Không gian quen thuộc của những bài tập nặng nhọc đã nhường chỗ cho sự yên ả. Ánh sáng dịu nhẹ, âm nhạc du dương, và tiếng chuông Crystal ngân nga tạo nên một ốc đảo thanh bình giữa lòng đô thị ồn ào. <p><strong>Cô Maisie Huynh: Người khơi nguồn năng lượng</strong></p>



<p>Với sự điềm tĩnh và giọng nói truyền cảm, cô Maisie Huynh đã dẫn dắt mọi người vào trạng thái thiền định sâu sắc. Tiếng chuông Crystal, dưới bàn tay khéo léo của cô, không chỉ là âm thanh mà còn là những rung động tinh tế, chạm đến từng tế bào, khơi dậy nguồn năng lượng tích cực. Cô Maisie Huynh không chỉ là người hướng dẫn, mà còn là người đồng hành, giúp mỗi người tự khám phá và chữa lành những tổn thương bên trong.</p>

<p>Buổi thiền không chỉ mang đến sự thư giãn tức thời, mà còn là một quá trình thanh lọc tâm trí, giải phóng những cảm xúc tiêu cực. Những lo lắng, căng thẳng dần tan biến, thay vào đó là sự bình yên, nhẹ nhàng.
