1. Terms and Conditions (Điều khoản dịch vụ)
All courses at YATA Wellness & Healing Sanctuary require full attendance for certification. Students must respect the sanctuary’s code of conduct and therapeutic ethics during the 7-day intensive program.
2. Refund Policy (Chính sách hoàn tiền)
- Full Refund: If the student cancels at least 30 days before the course start date.
- 50% Refund: If the student cancels between 14-29 days before the start date.
- No Refund: If the student cancels less than 14 days before or after the course has commenced.
3. Complaints Policy (Chính sách khiếu nại)
We strive for excellence. If a student is dissatisfied, they should first discuss the matter with the Lead Trainer (Maisie Huynh). If unresolved, a formal written complaint can be submitted to our administration via email. We commit to responding within 7 working days.
